Dynamite Group was founded by Boitumelo Lefifi, a passionate South African entrepreneur whose journey began in Soweto, where she was born and raised. A professionally qualified personal and group trainer, Boitumelo spent many years working at Virgin Active, developing a strong understanding of people, fitness, discipline and what it takes to help others perform at their best.
Her experience in the fitness industry became an important foundation for the entrepreneurial drive that would eventually lead to the creation of Dynamite Group.
Young, ambitious and determined to build something of her own, Boitumelo brings energy, purpose and a strong sense of determination to everything she does. There is also a story behind the name Dynamite. As the saying goes, “Dynamite comes in small packages.” Petite in stature but never short on ambition, Boitumelo connected with the idea that great impact isn't measured by size. It is measured by vision, determination and the courage to turn an idea into something real.
That philosophy has become part of the DNA of Dynamite Group. What started with one young South African woman and a big vision continues to grow into a family of businesses built to serve, create and make an impact.
